Mysteries of the Bible Explained

The prophecy of the Bible can be understood by following the types and examples that the LORD has given in the written Word. Yes, the Old and New testaments teach all of the information needed to give the full picture of how to understand prophetic symbols and overlays. Don't leave any part of the scriptures out of your studies!

There is much wisdom to be gained by rightly dividing what II Peter 1:20 & 21 says to those who wish to know how to fully understand the "signs" that are given to enlighten mankind on the plan of God:

II Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
II Peter 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. (KJV)

This is a key piece of information for unraveling the mysteries of the written text of the Bible. One cannot "privately interpret" what is written, as many think today. True clarity comes from understanding what the subject matter of the verses that are being read entails. After you gain the subject, it is wise to look at who the entities mentioned were historically, and who they are today. Then you can piece together the details from the written text to find out how to put together the overall plan of God. This is the beginning of unlocking the mysteries of the Kingdom. It's simple if we listen to the voice of the LORD from His Words, and keep "self" out of trying to interpret (which means to explain fully) the plan.

This is the format used in our teaching method, and we hope that your life can be enriched by a simple yet thorough examination and presentation of the scriptures as they were intended. It may be that this will enrich your life with knowledge and wisdom on why certain events are happening in the world today and may also bring you closer to your heavenly Father.

Revelation 19:10 says "...the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."

Testimony means the evidence given (judicially or generally) and indicates a witness that testifies. So the very evidence that Jesus Christ gave is the Spirit of prophecy or what allows us to see into God's thoughts about events that transpire as part of His plan.

This is also a teaching tool to endow the hearer with the same mind set that HE had as HE spoke through those that came before us.

May God bless you in your studies!
